We Conduct several developmental programs/classes through out the year our two primary locations being Montreal & South Shore-
Emphasizing on Speed, Agility and position specific teachings to help better your overall understanding of football ! We put our athletes through various drills/ work outs to improve their overall Athletic movement and endurance. Work outs are tailored to all ages and skill sets and progressively advance based on the learning curve of their respective group. Are you a veteran Tackle Football Player? Are you an aspiring flag football player? Our 5 week development program is PERFECT for you! Once a week, we work to make you the best athlete you can be, one step at a time!

Our Jr coaches (University/Cegep players) rate- $30/hr
Advanced coaches (Ex Pros, University level coaches) $50/hr
