Our  Flight School Flag football League is a non-contact league for boys & girls ages 4 through 16, providing opportunities to learn new skills in a positive uplifting environment.  In partnership with NFL FLAG our league is the premier league for young athletes to play like the PROS.

Three leagues across the city Montreal, Southshore and West Island. With over 400 current  athletes in our program, our flag seasons operates Fall/Winter & Spring/Summer.

All of our flag games are officiated by paid experienced Officials and in conjunction with Ligue Suites we have been able to create our very own Flight School Score keeping app which allows our  scorekeepers/statisticians to upload all scores and individual stats directly to our website instantly.

Our leagues foundation is based on Development, the environment  that our dedicated high level coaches have created is second to none- ensuring every player the opportunity to learn and develop at their own pace. Flight School Flag League is open to all skill levels, whether you are a veteran or a new comer to the sport we will be sure to find the perfect team to fit your needs. 

Flag football is an excellent way to sharpen skills as a quarterback, receiver, Defensive back and as well as a coach. The goal of the NFL Fall Flag League is to provide a safe and productive space that empowers children and teaches them incredible values - teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
