Coach JM's passion for football started in his grass roots years where he played competitively in Montreal, Quebec. With over 15+ years of playing experience Coach Jean Marc finished his inspiring career playing across the boarder in Connecticut (USA). He is a mentor and a role model to many Montreal athletes and has had the honour of seeing several of our athletes go on to play NCAA Division 1 and Pro's

Coach JM has been coaching for over 20 years winning multiple Bol Dor Championships at the High school and Cegep level in Quebec. As a co founder he thrives in overseeing the development of all Flight School athletes and pushes the envelope to elevate the overall quality of the FS program.

Coach Jean Dorzin- brings passion to the program with his militant approach to the game fosters a level of discipline and structure in all of his athletes. 5 years of coaching football in the tackle and flag football circuit. Winning several championships in the FSFFL league making him the undisputed front runner in our house league and taking home the FS Coach of the year award in 2023.
He has quickly become one of our premier coaches in our FS Elite program helping mold one of the best 2010 & 2009 groups in North America.

Johanna arenas michel
Coach Johanna is the driving force in our Ladies Division. Making it an importance to push the growth and development of young women and flag football. She is invested and passionate in being a motivation to all the girls who look to her for guidance. As a social worker she has been impactful being a big sister to all of the kids in the program giving the emotional support they need.Her goal is to help this generation be discipline and confident on and off the field. Coach Jojo played flag football throughout high school and continued her playing years at College Vieux Montreal where she won several championships as an elite defensive player in the RSEQ! As a coach she is in charge of the flag football program at Ecole Dalbe Viau Highschool and is also the Head coach for the Juvenile Division.

Eliel Bastien
Coach E, Eliel is dedicated toward youth sports and is committed to helping young athletes push their talents further. His passion for the game of football started in his teenage years where he played for Cegep Vieux Montreal and later played semi pro in up state New York. Between being a father of 4 and owning a tech consulting firm, Coach E is giving back to our youth as a coach for flag and tackle football. He is the defensive line coordinator at greenfield park packers and was instrumental on the teams back to back undefeated championship season. His input and energy are greatly appreciated - in large part the reason the board appointed him responsible for the 8u-9u Divisions.

Jaylan Greaves
Coach Jaylan a student of the game with a fire to maximize his players truest potential. In a short period of time Coach Jay has become the voice of the program by leading our 10u & 15u to two championships respectively. His positive energy and work ethic is second to none. Coach Jay has been playing for 15 years and is currently an All Canadian WR at Concordia University and is viewed as a top tier CFL prospect.
We are lucky to have such an impactful coach like Jaylan to lead our troops.
